User Eligibility

By using FanCri Germany League, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from our platform
• Your registration and use of our platform is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

User Conduct

While using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use our platform in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in competitions
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the platform
• Engage in any form of match-fixing or cheating
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information

Contests and Payments

By participating in paid contests on our platform:

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your participation
• You acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable
• You understand that you are not guaranteed to win any prize
• You accept that we may cancel contests if there are insufficient participants
• You agree that we reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawals
• You confirm that funds used for contest entry are legally obtained
• You acknowledge that your winnings may be subject to applicable taxes, which are your responsibility

Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FanCri Germany League and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or perform any of the content
• Use any trademarks, logos, or branding without our express written permission
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from our materials

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FanCri Germany League, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from interruption of service or inability to access the platform
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our platform or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
